Oliver last week dropped into the Macmillan Cancer Support coffee morning at Conservative Party conference to show his support for the charity.

Speaking later in the day, Oliver said: ‘It was a pleasure to go to Macmillan’s coffee morning this year.

‘They are a wonderful charity and I know from experience how hard they work to help people going through some of the most difficult times in their lives.’

Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the largest charities in the UK, providing specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer.
