Oliver Dowden this evening attended the My Local Heroes Awards Ceremony at the Watford Hilton Hotel. He presented the Act of Courage to Paul Fitzgerald, who contracted Prostate Cancer but still managed to cycle from London to Amsterdam, whilst undergoing treatment, and in doing raised over £21,000 for charity.

Congratulating Neil, Oliver said:
