Oliver Dowden, MP for Hertsmere, attended the Hertsmere Civic Dinner on Saturday 7th May at the Elstree Studios. Mr Dowden said: “It was great to be at the Hertsmere Civic Dinner this weekend. “Congratulations to Councillor Martin Worster and his wife Pam on their excellent tenure as Mayor and Mayoress. They did Hertsmere proud as our first citizens for the year. “It was very enjoyable to be at the Elstree Studios to celebrate their year in office with civic leaders from across the county. It was also an opportunity to recognise the outstanding contributions of a number of citizens to Hertsmere community life through the Civic Awards. “Many congratulations to the very worthy winners.”
