Oliver paid a visit to Cowley Hill Primary School in Borehamwood on Friday as part of their National Sport Week events.
Oliver joined in a game of rounders and watched the pupils complete their ‘Daily Mile’ of exercise around the playground.
Speaking afterwards, Oliver said: ‘It was great fun to visit Cowley Hill Primary again on Friday and I enjoyed the chance to try my hand at rounders with the students. It’s been a very, very long time since I played!
‘The school has an impressive commitment to keeping fit and enjoying the outdoors, which was wonderful to see in action.
‘I was also interested to see the school’s excellent new library, including reading a short book about animals with some of the students.
‘I’m grateful for the school’s warm hospitality and I look forward to visiting again soon.’
