Recently, Oliver has been contacted by concerned residents regarding the large gap between the train and the platform at Bushey Station.

Many residents, particularly those who travel with prams or who are wheelchair users, have rightly raised their concerns over the dangers of the gap when getting on and off of the trains.

Oliver said: ‘A number of residents have contacted me regarding the large gap between the train and the platform at Bushey Station. This is very concerning, particularly for those who travel with prams or are wheelchair users.

Oliver added: I have therefore written to the Secretary of State for Transport, Mark Harper, Transport for London and train companies to lobby them and raise residents’ concerns. Hopefully we can get some movement on it.'
