Oliver last week met with the 1st Shenley Scouts while out campaigning. The Scouts were on one of their regular excursions when they bumped into Oliver.

Speaking afterwards, Oliver said: 'It was good to bump into the Shenley Scouts last week.

 'I enjoyed a chance to talk with about the election and was impressed by how engaging and well informed they were. I was also interested to hear about their activities what they were up to.

 'The Scouts are an excellent organisation giving young people the chance to learn extremely useful skills while having some great adventures. I would urge anyone who is interested to get involved.'
