Oliver Dowden, MP for Hertsmere, attended the Elstree and Borehamwood Rotary Club Charity Fundraising Dinner at Aldenham Golf Club, in aid of the Peace Hospice of which he is Patron. Mr Dowden said: “The Elstree and Borehamwood Rotarians do a fantastic job raising money for extremely worthwhile causes. I was delighted to support their most recent fundraising dinner, in support of the Peace Hospice. “As a Patron of The Peace Hospice, I know from first hand experience that Peace Hospice Care is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients and families facing life limiting illnesses, by providing care and support in the setting of their choice. They carry out hugely important work for our community, and I will do all I can to support them. “Thanks again to the Elstree and Borehamwood Rotary Club for their hard work and generous contributions to aid the work of Peace Hospice Care.”
