Conservative candidate for Hertsmere, Oliver Dowden, attended the Radlett United Free Church Lunch Club to meet with older residents and enjoy a tasty beef casserole followed by Apple crumble.

Oliver met with residents, some of whom were well over 90 years old. They exchanged memories of Radlett from years gone by and discussed local issues. 

Oliver said:

“I really enjoyed my visit to the Radlett Lunch Club. Meeting with residents is the best part of being a candidate. Each person has their own story to tell and it was fascinating to hear some of them today.

“The Radlett United Free Church has been running this service for 30 years and long may it continue."
