I have been contacted by many Bushey based constituents who have questioned the significant disparity in train ticket prices between Bushey and other nearby stations. It has been suggested to me by many constituents that Bushey should be reassigned as a zone six station.

I have written to the Managing Director at TfL and the Mayor of London suggesting that they look into the possibility of reassigning Bushey train station. I appreciate that this is a big issue for many of my constituents and I am keen to campaign for more affordable train travel for Bushey residents
