Oliver Dowden, MP for Hertsmere, launched the opening of Hertsmere’s first Brewery yesterday in Radlett.

Mr Dowden said: “One of the great success stories of recent years has been the revival of real ale, with many new breweries being established across the country. Locally, St Albans, Tring and Berkhamsted all have their own breweries and I am delighted that Hertsmere has now joined them.

“Named after the Roman Road, this real ale is now in many local pubs and I would encourage others to take it on board. I have tasted both and can highly recommend them!

“I would like to congratulate Rudi Keyser and his team for their ingenuity and for bringing the first brewery to Hertsmere.”
