Oliver Dowden, MP for Hertsmere, was delighted to meet the new Israeli Ambassador to Britain, H. E. Ambassador Mark Regev.

Mr Dowden said: "Alongside everything else that is happening in Westminster this week, it was a pleasure to take time to meet the new Israeli Ambassador to Britain, H. E. Ambassador Mark Regev, in my capacity as an officer of Conservative Friends of Israel.

"We also took the opportunity to discuss the security situation in the Middle East."
