On Friday, Oliver convened a meeting with Rabbis and representatives from across the constituency.
Oliver met with community leaders at the Radlett Centre to get feedback from the community following the recent attacks in Israel by Hamas and its impact on people at home.
Oliver also provided an update on the latest actions the government are taking ensure the Jewish community feel safe and reassured.
Oliver said: ‘An important meeting on Friday morning with Rabbis and Jewish representatives from across Hertsmere.
‘We discussed government action and fears the community has at this difficult time around security and freedom of expression. I will always stand firm against antisemitism and in defence of the freedom of the Jewish community as an integral part of British society - both in government and as a local MP.’
